The Council shall consist of a Chairman and such number of
Deputy Chairmen and other members to be appointed by His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, notice of whose appointment shall be published in the Gazette.
The Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, shall appoint a secretary to the Council, notice of whose appointment shall be published in the Gazette.
