Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan as His Majesty may think fit, shall have the power to exercise and perform such functions conferred or imposed by this Act as His Majesty may think fit, and shall advise the Minister on matters connected to educational theory and practice as he thinks fit.
