(1) The Minister with the approval of His Majesty may after consultation with the Board make regulations generally for carrying out the provisions of this Act and without prejudice to such general powers may make regula-tions providing for
(a) the examinations to be held for the purpose of this Act;
(b) the times and places at which examinations shall be held, and the qualifications and conditions of entry for examinations;
(c) the fees to be paid for entry for examina-tions;
(d) the syllabuses for and language media of ex-aminations;
(e) the conduct of examinations;

(f) the appointment of persons to set, assess or mark examination papers; and prescribing the fees to be paid to such persons.
(2) The Minister with the approval of His Majesty may delegate to the Board the power to make regulations providing for the matters set out in paragraphs (b), (c) and
(d) of subsection ( 1).
