The Board shall meet at least twice a year and may meet at such other times as may be deemed necessary.
The quorum of the Board shall be 7 members.
In the event of the votes on any question being equal the chairma:v shall have a casting vote in addition to his original vote.
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may regulate its own procedure.
