s 20Teachers struck off the register to surrender certificates of registration

(1)

When a teacher has been struck off the register under the provisions of this Act, such teacher shall surrender to the Director his certificate as a teacher issued to him under the provisions of section 12.

(2)

Any teacher failing to surrender his certificate in contravention of the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence against this Part.
