Electricity (Fees) Regulations, 2023

Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby makes the following Regulations-Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (FeesJ Regulations, 2023

and shall be deemed to have commenced on 1st January 2023.

The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable to the Authority in respect of the matters to which they relate.

Such fees shall be payable in advance and shall not be refundable.
