If the Board is satisfied that a member has died, it shall thereupon inform the Probate Officer who shall proceed forthwith to exercise his powers under section 13 of the Probate and Administration Act (Chapter 11).

“Board” means the Tabung Amanah Pekerja Board established under section 3 of the Tabung Amanah Pekerja Board Act;
