s 89Minister may exclude or modify Act in relation to part-time employees

The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, by regulations exclude or modify any or all of the provisions of this Act in their application to any part-time employee or class of part-time employee.
