s 3Applicable requirements for registrable goods

For the purposes of section 6, the requirements that apply to registrable goods shall -

fa) be registered under regulation 4;

{b) comply with the minimum energy efficiency standards under regulation 5; and

{c) be labelled with an energy label in accordance with regulation 6.
