No action, suit or other legal proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in court against —
the Authority; or
any person lawfully acting on behalf of the Authority, in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him or it in good faith or any omission omitted by him or in good faith in such capacity.
