Any person carrying out any prescribed activity set out in
prescribed activity
“prescribed activity” means any activity set out in Schedule 1;
Schedule 1 without written notification to the Authority as required under section 9(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
Upon conviction under subsection (1), the court may, in addition to any penalty, order the person to meet the costs of reinstating the site or area affected to its original condition.
prescribed activity
“prescribed activity” means any activity set out in Schedule 1;
