s 57Provisions of Chapter 7 when applicable

The provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 7) in relation to matters not covered by this Act apply in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and in the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and of the Criminal Procedure Code

(Chapter 7) the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
