12. Publication of list of finance companies

The Authority shall cause to be published in the Gazette in the month of April in each year a list of all finance companies to which licences have been issued under this Act and if any licence is issued or revoked during the interval between the publication of two such lists. notice thereof shall also be caused to be published in the Gazette.
