s 63Division of Brunei Darussalam waters into zones

(1)

The Minister may, for the purposes of this Act, by order divide

Brunei Darussalam waters into such number of zones as he may determine.

(2)

In an order made under subsection (1), the Minister shall give to each zone the name or other identity by which it is to be known and the geographical co-ordinates specifying the geodetic datum in relation to each such zone.

(3)

The Minister may cause to be prepared such charts as he thinks fit, showing the zones or any of the zones into which Brunei Darussalam waters are divided.

(4)

A reference in a licence to a zone by the name or identity determined in an order made under subsection (1) shall be treated as a reference to the zone to which the order relates.
