On the application of any person, the Director may, if he thinks fit, allow any fisheries officers to perform such services as mentioned in Part II of the Schedule in or on any fish culture farm.
The applicant shall pay to the Director or any Authorised Officer for the performance of such services, such fees as prescribed in Part II of the Schedule.
