Any Authorised Officer may enter any fish culture farm at any appropriate time to inspect the premises and fish or to take samples for analysis or any other relevant purpose to ensure that any conditions of the licence or the provisions of these Regulations have been complied with or that the fish or pond in respect thereof is free from any infectious disease, as the case may be.
