(1)
Every application for a vehicle permit to enter any complex shall be made in writing to the Director and shall contain the following particulars —
(a)
the name, identity card number and address of the applicant;
(b)
the business name and address of the applicant, if any;
(c)
the purpose for which the permit is required; and
(d)
such other information as the Director may require.
(2)
The permit issued under this regulation shall be in such form as the Director may determine and subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Director and shall be valid for the period stated therein.
