s 22HBuildings to vest in Government on determination of licence etc.

(1)

On the expiry of a licence or use permit, there shall, subject to subsection (3), vest in the Government all buildings on the land (by whomsoever erected) other than any temporary construction that is capable of being removed.

(2)

Subject to subsection (3), no compensation shall be payable by the Government in respect of any building vested in it pursuant to subsection (1).

(3)

Subsections (1) and (2) shall have effect subject to any provision to the contrary in the use permit.
