Any person claiming to be interested in any property seized under section 24 may, within one month from the service or publication of a notice in respect of such property by a forest officer under section 36(2), prefer an appeal against the taking possession of such property to His
Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
The order of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan made on such appeal shall be final.
