Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Act or any other written law, no person shall enter or remain within a free trade zone without the permission of the Authority.
free trade zone
“free trade zone” means any area so declared to be free trade zone under section 4;
Every person who enters or remains within a free trade zone shall comply with such conditions imposed by the Authority as it deems fit.
Authority
“Authority” means person or body of persons appointed under section 3;
A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) is guilty of an offence.
