Every member of the Unit shall be engaged in Termsofen-accordance with the conditions of contract of service applic-gagement able to him at the date of his engagement;
No member of the Gurkha Reserve Unit shall be awarded a further contract of service with the Unit after reaching the age of 40 years without the approval of the
Minister on the recommendation of the Commandant.
