The certificate holder shall apply to renew his certificate not less than 30 days prior to its expiry.
The certificate may be renewed for further periods not exceeding one year in respect of each renewal.
Sections 4, 5 and 6 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to the renewal of a certificate.
