s 36Obstruction etc. of enforcement officers

Any person who -

{a) refuses any enforcement officer access to any place;

{b) assaults, obstructs, hinders or resists any enforcement officer in the exercise of his duties and powers under this Order; or

{c) fails to comply with or contravenes any lawful requirement of an enforcement officer under this Order, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
