(1)

In the absence of the chairman from any meeting of the Committee, the members present shall elect amongst themselves a person to be the chairman for that meeting.

(2)

The chairman of a meeting shall have an original vote and also a casting vote.

(3)

The Committee shall meet at such place and time as the chairman may appoint, and at a meeting 6 members shall form a quorum.

(4)

No business shall be transacted at a meeting unless a quorum is present.

(5)

Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Committee may determine its own procedure.

(6}

The Committee shall cause proper records of its proceedings to be kept.

(7)

All acts done by the Committee shall, notwithstanding any vacancy in the Committee or that it is afterwards discovered that there was a defect in the appointment of any person purporting to be a member thereof, be valid as if no such vacancy or defect had existed.
