It is hereby declared that no court, other than a Syariah Court shall have jurisdiction to hear or determine any matter in which at least one of the parties professes the Islamic religion and which relates to any matter arising in this Act.
Syariah Court
"Syariah Court" means the Syariah Subordinate Court, the Syariah High Court or the Syariah Appeal Court, as the case may be, established under section 6(1) of the Syariah Courts Act;
