The text as we hold it

This Act may be cited as the Hire-Purchase Act.

(2)

This Act applies only in respect of hire-purchase agreements relating to the goods specified in Schedule 1.

(3)

This Act applies only to hire-purchase agreements entered into after the commencement of this Act.
