The Registrar shall keep and maintain the register which shall be in such form as the Board may determine.
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of licensed housing developers referred to in section 7.
Such register shall contain the names and addresses and such other particulars, as the Board may determine, of all persons who are registered therein.
