An Immigration Officer may give such instructions as may be reasonably necessary to ensure that no passenger or member of a crew evades examination either of his person or effects.
Immigration Officer
“Immigration Officer” means the Controller and any person appointed under section 3 and includes a Senior Immigration Officer;
Any person who without reasonable cause refuses or fails to comply with any instruction given under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence.
crew
“crew” includes every seaman on a vessel, and every person employed in the operation of an aircraft or in any service rendered to the crew or passengers of such aircraft while in flight;
