All police officers shall, when so directed by a Senior Immigration
Officer, receive and execute according to the tenor thereof any written order of the Controller, and any warrant of the Controller for the arrest, detention or removal of any person under the provisions of this Act.

“Controller” means the Controller of Immigration appointed under section 3;
