86H. Rules for purposes of this Part

The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, make rules —

(a)

to prescribe anything which may be prescribed under this

Part; and

(b)

for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Part.
