(1)

Any person aggrieved by any act done by or on behalf of the Government under section 36 may appeal to the High Court which may make such order as it thinks &t.

(2)

On any such appeal-

Nature and scope of rights under section 36.

Duty to inform owner.

Owner of industrial design entitled to remuneration.

Appeal to High

Court.

Determina-tion of rights after registrntion.

{a)

the Government; and

{b) with the leave of the High Court, any other person, is entitled to appear and to be heard.
