The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, subject to such conditions and for such period or periods as he thinks fit, exempt any person, premises, vessel or article or any class of persons, premises, vessels or articles from any of the provisions of this Act.
