s 69General penalties

Any person guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided —

Infectious Diseases

(a)

in the case of a first offence, is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding

$10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both; and

(b)

in the case of a second or subsequent offence, is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
