s 90Notice by liquidator of his appointment

(1)

The liquidator shall, within 14 days after his appointment, publish in the Gazette and deliver to the Registrar for registration a notice of his appointment in the prescribed form.

(2)

A liquidator who fails to comply with this section is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000, and, in the case of a continuing offence, with a further fine not exceeding $50 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
