Where, in the case of a winding up which was under section 77
converted to a creditors’ voluntary winding up, a meeting of the company’s creditors is held in accordance with section 76, any appointment of a liquidation committee made in that meeting is deemed to have been made by a meeting held in accordance with section 79.
