The Official Receiver is authorised to act as nominee or supervisor in relation to a voluntary arrangement approved, provided that the debtor is an undischarged bankrupt when the arrangement is proposed.

“supervisor” means the supervisor of the voluntary arrangement referred to in section 17(2);
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by order repeal the proviso in subsection (1).
