A convocation for the conferment of awards, certificates and other qualifications shall be held annually, or as often as the Chief Executive
Officer may direct, on such date as may be approved by the Board.
Chief Executive Officer
“Chief Executive Officer” means the Chief Executive Officer appointed under section 16 and includes any acting Chief Executive Officer appointed as such under section 16(3);
