The Authority may, subject to such conditions as he thinks fit exempt any person or class of persons from any or all of the provisions of the Order.
Authority
"Authority" means such person as is appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan under subsection 11) of section 4 to be the Authority for the purposes of this Order;

An exemption granted under this section may be withdrawn by the
Authority at any time.
