His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint a
Registrar and Deputy Registrars for the Intermediate Courts.
The Registrar and Deputy Registrars shall be ex-officio commissioners for oaths and notaries public.
All the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the
Registrar may be exercised and performed by a Deputy Registrar.
