in one sum, whether forthwith or within such period as it thinks fit; or
by such instalments payable at such times as it thinks fit.
If at any time it appears to the satisfaction of the court that a party to an action is unable from any cause to pay any sum ordered to be paid by him (whether by way of satisfaction of the claim, a counterclaim or by way of costs or otherwise) or any instalment thereof, it may, in its discretion, suspend or stay the judgment for such time and on such terms as it thinks fit, until it appears that the inability has ceased.
Where an order for payment by instalments is made, the payments shall be made into court, and no execution shall issue except with the leave of the court.
