There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Authority from the institution concerned -
the Authority
"the Authority" means such person or body as is appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan to be the Authority for the purposes of this Order;
(aJ the amount of any fee payable under this Order;

any remuneration and expenses payable to any person nominated or approved under section 29(1)(b); and
any remuneration and expenses payable to any person appointed under section 23(2)(d) or (e).
Indemnity.

"institution" means a company incorporated or registered under the Companies Act, an international business company or a foreign international company;
the Authority
"the Authority" means such person or body as is appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan to be the Authority for the purposes of this Order;
