International Business Companies Regulations, 2000

Regulations, 2000 and shall commence on the day appointed for the commencement o.f the International Business Companies Order, 2000.

Interpretation.

"authorised officer" means an officer of a registered agent approved in writing notified to the Registrar and authorised to sign on behalf of the registered agent;

"prescribed form u means a form prescribed by these Regulations.
