s 60Provision of information to designated supervisory authority

The Authority may provide information on the operations of a licensee which is incorporated in a country or territory outside

Darussalam, including any report under paragraph

{b} of subsection

(1)

of section 38, to a designated supervisory authority in the country or territory of incorporation for the purpose of assisting that authority in any of its material supervisory functions.
