s 63Indemnity

Neither the Authority nor any of the following -

{a}

any officer of the Authority;

{b}

any person nominated or approved by the

Authority under section 38;

{e} any other person appointed by the Authority pursuant to this Order for the purposes thereof, shall be liable in damages or otherwise as a result of anything done bona fide in the exercise of any power or the performance of any function or duty conferred or imposed by or under this Order.
