s 44Administrative notices

(1)

The Authority shall cause to be published in the form of administrative notices statements setting out the criteria by reference to which the Authority proposes to exercise its functions under this Order including, in particular, its powers to grant, refuse or revoke licences or to impose conditions on licences.

(2)

The Authority may also publish in the form of administrative notices criteria to facilitate compliance with any other requirements of this Order.

(3)

An administrative notice published under this section shall be admissible in evidence in any proceedings arising out of or otherwise in connection with the operation or application of this Order.
