The text as we hold it

There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Authority from the party concerned -

{a}

the amount of any fee payable under this Order;

{b}

any remuneration and expenses payable to any person nominated or approved under paragraph

{b}of subsection

(1)

of section 38; and

{e}

any remuneration and expenses payable to any person appointed under paragraph

{d}or {e}of subsection

(2)

of section 47.
