s 67Regulations, guidelines

(1)

The Minister may, with approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang

Di-Pertuan, make such regulations as he considers necessary or expedient for carrying into effect the provisions of this Order including, without limitation, the establishment of a £Idelity fund or compensation scheme for the protection of policy holders, bene£Iciaries or other interested persons under policies of international insurance.

(2)

The Authority may, with the approval of the

Minister, issue such guidelines as the Authority considers necessary to achieve transparency in the licensing process hereunder or in respect of the nature of assets to be maintained or held in satisfaction of the provisions hereof and for any other administrative purpose.
