Upon any application being made under this Order to the Court concerning a person of unsound mind the Court may, if it thinks fit, direct that medical evidence be presented to it concerning such person and postpone the making of an order upon such application until such evidence has been presented.

"person" includes a natural person, any company or.association or body of persons, corporate or incorporated, including a partnership whether limited, unlimited or an international limited partnership created under the International Partnerships Order, 2000;
