Ill The objects of a special trust or power may be persons or purposes or both.

"special trust" or "special power" means a trust or power that under section 76 is subject to Part IX of this Order;
The persons may be of any number.
The purposes may be of any number or kind, charitable or non-charitable, provided that they are lawful and not contrary to public policy.
