Official textFrom Attorney General's Chambers, unchanged
Before the end of its tax relief period, a pioneer company shall not without the consent of the Board (who may impose such conditions as it thinks fit) carry on any business other than a business the whole of the gross income from which is derived from its pioneer enterprise.
